In what ways does democracy interfere with social class?

The position of social classes is inevitable. It’s an accepted systematic ideology to classify and control where many people stand in society. Where one stands determines their accessibility to certain things and unfortunately to certain rights as well. This social injustice causes an outbreak and shifts the relations between the upper class and lower class to a rather disturbing turn.

There has been a long history of division between the classes based on wealth. One is either serving or given the silver platter. Since there has always been tension between the two classes hidden underneath the cracks, a book published in google called the Elite Conquest or Working-Class Triumph  poses that “Democracy is either a mechanism of  capitalist rule or triumph of the working class." Instead of going into detail of the dangers of democracy in social class the author of the book starts by finding out its origin. Why the ideology of democracy was made. Both social classes played a part in it's creation, but was it really for the greater good or for a profit? Since the working class have been rebelling by taking action and use of their rights one can assume that is mostly for the greater good.

Social Democracy Youtube Video says "Freedom in social democracy means that every individual has a say in how he or she lives, the state and society should not interfere." Each individual no matter what their social status is,  have rights and the right to protect it from anyone who believes otherwise. If one decides to be involved in a protest, he/she has the right to protest (passively) without the authority of officials trying to prevent it. In a nytimes article, in protest for the Ferguson grand jury decision many of the organizers had to prep for dealing with the police. They prepped for any cases of tear gas and other weapons that the police might throw at them. If all of them have a right to protest why should they have to prep for an interference of the police? The article also says "Lost Voices — has been drawn here to protest not just the shooting of Mr. Brown, but also the broader issues of racial profiling and police conduct." With their legit reasoning as to why they’re doing the protest, there shouldn’t have been disturbances made by officials. All the working and lower class desired was to be heard. They all have the right to have a voice, to use it, and to be heard. But, when taking advantage of it into good use, it was boarded and shut down by the upper class. If democracy is something that everyone deserves and has the right to then why does it seem like we've all turned against each other to destroy that right from others?

Just as Alexis de Tocqueville said in one of his chapters called How democracy affects the relations of masters and servants "The reins of domestic government dangle between them, to be snatched at by one or the other. The lines that divide authority from oppression, liberty from license, and right from might are to their eyes so jumbled together and confused that no one knows exactly what he is or what he may be or what he ought to be. Such a condition is not democracy, but revolution." In those few lines Alexis de Tocqueville tells what we all know but and see, but refuse to call attention to. If this battle between the upper class and the lower class on who deserves 'the gavel' continues furthermore, the purpose of a democracy will no longer cease to exist. Instead, intentions will be solely based on who's right or wrong and on who should lose instead of who has the right.

As one should already see, the term “justice for all” is unconstitutional. Though, it is written in words within our Constitution it is held unconstitutional because in the many years of the past it has been violated and proven to be told and seen as untrue. The effect of this matter causes a disturbance in morals of the people in our nation. A nation can turn into many sub nations; division in communities. Intentions of fighting for what is right can and maybe possibly turn into fighting for the power instead of democracy in either the lower, middle, and upper classes. Possible solutions as any other conflict that has happened in American history) can result in a compromise. A mutual understanding between all classes. One that must never be broken or loopholes or else it will be very difficult to fix such an issue.
